I cannot seem to use the OpenDNS servers, even when I direct my router to connect to them. I even tried to use SafeDNS, another web filtering service, but this does not work with Cox either.

May 15, 2019 · The ‘web-access‘ portal was also asking me for certificate which is NOT what they wanted. The issue is that it was matching the ‘AD-VPN-USERS‘ group. Apparently, the Fortigate looks at the group first and the portal last. I was able to get around it using ‘SSL-VPN Realms‘
